Our staff have a huge range of engineering experience in all areas of industry including production, installation and design with over 20 years of CAD experience.
Areas of experience include oil, automotive, rail and agriculture industries involving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatics, electrical and electronics. As well as full machine design and build. - KRV PRO 3000 miller 1500 x 300 with Newall DRO
- Dean Smith & Grace 1709 x 40 - fully equipped
- Colchester 2000 lathe DRO – fully equipped
- Holbrook Model ‘C’ taper turning lathe. Chucking and collets.
- Gorton vertical miller 1250 x 300 with tapping attachment & slotting head
- Bar fed automatic lathes up to 2” capacity collets. 10” air chucking
- Surface and cylindrical grinding
- Full selection of toolroom support and inspection facilities
- Fabrication section comprising; MIG, TIG, ARC, Oxy-Acetylene & Plasma cutting
- Autocad design facility for in house and customer specials 20 years CAD experience working with most industries and various software systems
