| Our new tape machine for the number plate industry applies tape to batches of 100 plates automatically whereas previously they were individually taped by hand.
This tape machine will apply tape to all the various sizes the customer has and auto sets itself with only the appropriate width of tape needed to be fitted.
It has paid dividends in production and can be left to tape a whole batch of plates giving the operator time to carry out other duties.
The machine is PLC controlled and interface is friendly by using a touch screen panel with clear operator instructions and easily explained steps to follow. The quality of the taping is far superior with scrap being reduced to nearly zero.
