Aardvark Engineering are now offering polishing machines to speed up production times when polishing multiple faces of rectangular products.
The machine featured here was built for one of our customers to polish rectangular stainless steel tubes, two sides at a time. With smaller sizes it polished four tubes at a time on both faces where previous production methods would only polish one face of one tube at a time - which obviously greatly increased production.
The structural rigidity of our machine is of great importance as it minimises flex and vibration. As a result of using top quality bearings and materials a very high standard of surface finish can be achieved.
