Aardvark Engineering have recently supplied tape applicators for the protection of aluminium beam sections. The powered tape applicators supplied apply tape to three faces of the aluminium beam section although we can supply machines that protect four faces if required. As always the tape is applied wrinkle free.
The applicators all feature our Mikrotrak adjustable heads allowing quick set ups for different sections, while still maintaing the ability to quickly change tape rolls.
As usual the machines have variable speed settings to suit different production rates. These machines can also be supplied with auto tape cutters to further speed up production is required.
The protective tapes prevents scratching while the section is in transit reducing damaged goods on arrival and therefore reducing costs.
