Aardvark engineering has just completed two tape applicators of differing specifications for applying protective tape to uPVC section.

One tape applicators applies tape to both sides of an extrusion plus top and bottom with facility to swivel the top head for taping angle sill sections. Fitted to Weber haul off and has our own Mikrotrak tape tracking for precise tape alignment. (Left)

The second tape applicator is fitted before the haul off where space after is not available due to cut off saw, etc. This machine has our swivel head option, Mikrotrak tape tracking and rollers lift clear for pull through operation by air valve operation.
Note! Quality tape is essential for before haul off taping or pads ruin the taped finish and it looks like corrugated! Wide rollers are fitted for taping customer’s very wide angled sill profile
