Aardvark Engineering have completed a powered tape applicator machine to apply protective tape to master nickel silver discs. The tape is applied to prevent damage while shipping the discs to record pressing companies.

The machine covers the nickel silver disc in a wrinkle free layer of film so that even after very long periods of storage the protective tape can be removed without leaving a mark on the disc.
